Hey, yogi runners...

Created by Kimberly Fowler, "Yoga for Runners" is a 15-minute post-run workout, designed to improve a runner’s body alignment, open up tight hips and guard against hamstring injuries. It costs $5.99. Sage Rountree has great free yoga podcasts specifically designed for runners.

I got hooked on those & then bought her book & DVD: The Athlete's Guide to Yoga.
I was having some issues with my foot and lower leg going numb even on short runs (3-5 miles). I started following Rountree's suggestions for lower leg stretches and I feel "cured"!
She's a certified coach & a competitive runner, so she backs up the yoga wisdom with her other training.
