Yoga in Hillaryland

According to a Washington Post article, Hillary Clinton's support team, self-described as Hillaryland, is a tight knit group of women that does yoga together once a week: "They have a personal connection virtually nonexistent among professional male colleagues. Even rarer: the weekly yoga class at the campaign's Arlington headquarters, open to all staffers." Does this make you more inclined to vote for Clinton?

No ... Barack is my man for '08

No way!

Yes! Hill all the way! She may not be perfect but she's the best woman for the job.

I was going to vote for Hillary already. This is a nice thing to hear though.

What has made me inclined to vote for her was the fact that she said she felt uncomfortable speaking publicly about her faith. Although she plays the game as much as anyone, I'm glad she's not using God as a ploy.

Absolutly no way. She plays the game way too well...check our her voting record; don't just catch a sound bite and decide she's your woman. It's nice her staff does yoga: Does Hillary?

I'm so glad to read that Hillary's people get the yoga thing. As to Hillary playing the game too well, I sure hope so. I don't want anyone in charge on January 9, 2009 that isn't sure they can win the game. And by winning the game, I mean universal health care and getting us out of Iraq - that's Hillary's game plan and that's why I'm a strong supporter.

NO.
I'd wonder if she even has a yoga practice. I also wonder how she spent all the money given to her when she was bought by health insurance/pharmaceutical companies to drop her "health-care plan". I also wonder how supportive she has been as Senator of New York to all the 911 workers who suffer serious breathing disorders as a result of their heroic efforts. I bet they're not doing pranayama.
Enough said

WHile it is nice to know that there are groups in Washington who are involved in yoga and practice regularly, I think the are much more pressing issues that should inform our choice for president. It makes me sad that anyone may vote for someone based solely on a common interest, lifestyle, etc. We need to stay present in the issues facing our country and people.
