I was saddened watching Anna Forests demonstration via internet to a room of adoring and impressed observers....do not get me wrong, I have total respect for the hard work and effort it took to create her "abilities". But, this is the antithesis of all that yogy is trying to teach. Rather than enabling yoga students to focus on detached self study, it was and example of physical prowess that encourages students to be attached to performance and to Anna Forest. Typical American distortion of this powerful study. The true great teacher disappears in her students growth rather than demonstrating some physical talent. This is not yoga!

The loving hearts that were present to celebrate this amazing woman gives testament to the beauty of spirit present in Forrest Yoga. The room was filled with Spirit manefest. Ana's demo was uplifting, loving and completely present to the room. The focus and clarity it takes to do such a demenstration is immense. It was an perfect example of the beauty of the marriage between body and spirit. Thank Goddess for Ana Forest. Namaste
