Sianna Sherman

Sianna Sherman is a senior certified Anusara Yoga Instructor who apprenticed directly with John Friend. She also studies Tantric philosophy with Dr. Douglas Brooks. Sianna poetically weaves biomechanics, therapeutics, and Tantric philosophy into a fabric offered from her heart.
