Paul Grilley

Paul Grilley has taught yoga since 1980. His teaching has been greatly influenced by Paulie Zink and Dr. Hiroshi Moroyama, a yogi and scientist from Tokyo whose philosophy integrates the Taoist meridian and acupuncture theories of China with the yogic and tantric theories of India. Paul lives in Ashland, OR, with his wife, Suzee.
