I began my teacher training with Beth Shaw's Yogafit. I wasn't too sure what I would think of the program. I was worried that the essence of yoga would be lost with the name YOGAFIT. I found that not to be the case. Yogafits programs are deeply spirtual and rewarding. I am thrilled to see that Beth Shaw is preenting at the YJ Confrence.

I have tremendous respect for Beth Shaw's creative vision and her fortitude to bring yoga to the masses. Her inclusive approach and transformational style captivates those that don't come to yoga through traditional means. Her accountability to the global communitiy is inspiring her students to give back to their communities. I am proud to be a graduate of Beth's training program. I am really excited that more people will be introduced to Beth at the Yoga Journal confernce. Go Beth!

Beth Shaw is a wonderful giving person. Her Vision is clear- she works with Community Service and dedication. YogaFit changed my life and Beth inspires me.
Go YogaFit !

Beth Shaw's YogaFit helped me as a physical therapist, be introduced to yoga in a safe environment, both spiritually and physically. It allows everyone to practice together, beginner and advanced participant, in a welcoming and encouraging environment. YogaFit has helped me grow from seeing yoga as a physical practice, to seeing yoga as a lifestyle. Thank you Beth for bringing yoga to all of us!
